Hi Martin,

The rules are in PR https://github.com/Tlf/tlf/pull/420
(or in my fork: https://github.com/zcsahok/tlf/tree/marconi_day_rules)
You need a TLF built from github master with python plugin support.
Then copy the 3 files from rules/mcd into your rules/ dir and set
RULES=mcd
