enable python Plugin

Hello,

I am trying to enable python plugin in order to add some new contest rules.

I clone from github the latest repository.

When I launch  ./configure --enable-plugin I get this error :

configure: error: cannot find python-config for /usr/local/bin/python3.

I have python3.12 version installed on my linux (launch by python3 command)

.configure see python3 version = 3.1

 checking for python3 version... 3.1

checking for /usr/local/bin/python3 version... (cached) 3.1
