I have received my score report from URE and I have no differences
between the score in the report and the score generated by my code.
Having 2 multipliers is currently not yet supported, but we are
working on it.
Good to know, that was the 'fault' I noticed during testing.
It turns out the scoring is with only 1 multiplier for EA
country+province. So the double multiplier issue doesn't happen in this
contest.
