Problem compiling 1.4.1

I'm trying to compile TLF from git cloned source.  I've run in to this error:

sendqrg.c: In function ‘init_tlf_rig’:

sendqrg.c:103:13: error: ‘FILPATHLEN’ undeclared (first use in this function)

  103 |             FILPATHLEN - 1);

      |             ^~~~~~~~~~

Not sure how to continue.  It's been 35 years since I've done any C programming.
