No. The issue/problem wasn't existing to date because, till now, I have
adapted the header additionally (everything removed (with Emacs) what
doesn't belong). Denis' explanation seems plausible.
I assume that Trisquel 4. 0 LTS runs on the server!? I don't know which
version is up-to-date there.

As previously said this is the standard header (in www-[LANG/de]repository):

And this after GNUN's cron job proceeded:
