Explaining how to create the tarball is more work then creating one :-P

So here the final 0.30.1 tarball.

If you like to update the german translation, run ./createtranslation first, 
use qtlinguist to update the "stereo as mono drawing" sentence, and 
run ./createtranslation again.

Remove the old tarball, and repack the tarball.

You can use it to create the binaries.

Please, sent me the updated tarball in case you made the translation.
