Traverso used to label times as MM:SS,XX where MM is minutes, SS is
seconds, and XX is 30ths of a second.
Now Traverso uses MM:SS[.,]XXX where XXX is milliseconds, and [,.] is
chosen based on your locale.
Also, the TimeLineView now chooses cleaner times to label, like
0:01.000 and 0:01.500 etc. Please check it out at all zoom levels and
let me know if you think any labeling should be different.
