[Traverso-devel] Manual updated

Hi Traversians,

A new version of the manual is ready. Please have a look at it and let me know 
if you have suggestions for improvements (English language, missing or wrong 
stuff etc.). Also, please let me know if you are happy with the license I 
chose.

Apart from some minor fixes, sections 7.4 (plugins), 8 (cd recording), and 11 
(troubleshooting) are new.
