I should also point out that if you want to try out the Autopackage of
Traverso, the latest CVS is packaged up here:
http://www.wildgardenseed.com/Taj/autopackage/traverso/Traverso%20Multitrack%20Editor%200.40.0.package

See this page on how to install an Autopackage:
http://www.autopackage.org/docs/howto-install/

(Basically, if you don't have autopackage setup, make the file
executable and run it).
