Edgy doesn't have Qt 4.2, so those people will have to build Qt 4 themselves. 
I think it's much easier and better for those people to use the autopackage 
installer, which has a correct version of librasqal built in!

Hmmyeah, just in case someone tries to build Qt themselves on Edgy.....
