[Traverso-devel] Mono FLAC Files

Hi Traversoers,

There seems to be a bug in Traverso's reading of mono FLAC files.  It
writes mono files that play correctly as mono in other players, but if
I try to play them in Traverso, they import as mono, but are very
distorted in a weird noisy way that seems to involve an echo.

So I'm trying to figure out if it's a Traverso bug or a FLAC bug.
Nicola, you're using a newer version of FLAC than me I think. (I'm
using 1.1.2)  Can you try exporting as mono FLAC, importing the
exported file, and testing the sound quality.  (If you encounter the
same bug, it's very obvious.  The peaks are way off in some parts and
fine in others.)
