I promised you ;-)

But I really do understand your concerns about continued development, another 
active developer(s) would be awesome as I'd really like to also have a role 
as project leader/coordinator, and not only as a developer.
It's not the first time development stalled for some time, though certainly 
this time has been a very long one!
As my day job requires most of my time, development will still be slow, but at 
least I feel like having time and energy again to work on other things. Let's 
hope in the future I'll find another job that pays more for less hours 
work ;-)

OK, great. There aren't many new to be translated strings, keeping the 
translation up to date requires little time (for the Interface that is, 
probably some more for the manual).

Unlikely I'm afraid, but packagers can allready start creating packages (due 
moving to cmake only) and iron out packaging problems early, so when the 
release is ready it'll be a matter of uploading to the repositories.
