Hello,
now MAFApplication2D uses g_spwan_async() in place of system(), and
if you properly delete the MAFApplication2DModel instance, it will kill
the job. Yes, no 'bitchXes' laying around ... :)
BTW, there's a crude Unload() in PongApplication, but somehow all
models should be free'd on application exit.
