[Vampire-public] Releasability?

Hi all,

The LRDE needs to promote its actions, and Vampire is one such
action.  Sure, its full development was not performed by LRDE members,
nevertheless, the LRDE recruited the people who continued to maintain
it, and even guided them.

So it is not unfair from the LRDE to reclaim some advertisement for
the investment it put in Vampire.  If you disagree, stand up and shout
now.


The advertisement should consists in:

- the vampire site clearly displaying that it was initiated and is
  comaintained by LRDE members, and clearly stating that "Vampire is
  brought to you by EPITA" or something like this.

- the LRDE site displaying as a "News & Events" a release of Vampire.

It does not matter whether the "release" is perfect, but it does mean
that I need a release pretty soon (read "this week").

Please, *answer* me asap.
