A while ago, Robf put my vm-sumurg.el (urgency flagging for messages)
into contrib.

Please could somebody put in the new copy, available at

It's been much extended, and has had many bugs fixed.

It's almost certainly XEmacs only now; without a concrete example of
an FSFmacs user, I have no incentive to try to make it work!
