This is not an official USENET hierarchy, but it is just a list of
newsgroups of gnu projects.  Since VM is not a gnu project, we were
liable to be dropped from this list sooner or later.

Please send me the response you have received from gnu.org to the effect
that our newsgroups are "deprecated".  I will write back to them saying
that they are not deprecated.
