Well, ideally, our manual should be on the web so that web search can
find the information.

Uploading files to the nongnu.org server takes a bit of work, and I
never had the time to figure it out.  If somebody can volunteer to do
it, that will be great.  All that is needed is to generate a html or pdf
version of the manual and upload it to the server.
