[Vrs-development] ETA for requirements

hey all,

just trying to get an idea of when everyone will have the requirements
done. when that happens we should probably meet before hardcore design
starts. i'm thinking this saturday? that's the earliest i can do it. and
since weekdays dont seem good for anyone and sunday is the auth meeting,
sat sounds like a good idea. anyways, give me some warning before you
guys are done.
