I don't have the docs in front of me so I don't recall what 
"occurances" are but I'm sure what you wrote was fine.  I'l let you

Don't worry so much!  One of the nice things about object oriented 
architectures is they're easy to restructure.  If one way turns out 
to be painful we do it another way.  And in the meantime -- not to be 
boastful -- just trust me.  I have a lot of experience and 
theoretical background with OO design, patterns, etc.  I've 
refactored 700,000 line Java enterprise applications -- a message 
buffer struct isn't going to be too much of a problem. ;-)

Sure.  ASAP.  I'm sorry, I'm trying to write a paper for IEEE 
Intelligent Systems (due the 13th), get my apps in for grad school, 
do something for my part-time pay-the-bills job, take classes, and 
look for real work all at the same time. :-)
