This is the new official mailing list for GNU wdiff. The previous
mailing lists (wdiff-announce, wdiff-forum, and wdiff-pretest), hosted
by iro.umontreal.ca, will be removed shortly. You have been added to
this list because you were on one of those mailing lists.
There will not be an -announce mailing list for wdiff. If you are
interested in knowing only about wdiff releases, please subscribe to
the info-gnu list (http://lists.gnu.org/mailman/listinfo/info-gnu).
Note that the info-gnu list receives a message whenever there is a new
version of any GNU program.
I am migrating the wdiff project to Savannah (see
http://savannah.gnu.org/projects/wdiff) with François' help. Right
now there is still migration work to be done so you should use
François' page (http://wdiff.progiciels-bpi.ca/) to get the latest
version of wdiff.
I have been appointed the new maintainer of wdiff because I have some
time to work on it. I'm planning on implemented changes such as a
word-wise unified diff and updates to use the new GNU tools like
automake and autoconf.
If you have any questions, I'd be happy to answer them.
