[wdiff-bugs] [Wdiff] Proposed upgrade of 2 web pages

Hello,

I am a member of the gnu.org French translation team [0], and also try
to update obsolete features in web pages to make future style
improvement easier. Wdiff has 2 pages [1] with the old kind of
translation list at the bottom of the page; I propose to upgrade them to
the latest boilerplate [2]. A patch is attached.
