Web translation managers need a new RT queue (eg. translators)
and RT access for the following people:

* Praveen Kamat <address@hidden>:
https://savannah.gnu.org/users/kamatp

* Dwayne Dever <address@hidden>:
https://savannah.gnu.org/users/deverd

* Leandro Dutra <address@hidden>:
https://savannah.gnu.org/users/ldutra

* Alex Muntada <address@hidden>:
https://savannah.gnu.org/users/alex_muntada

We need also the web-translation-manager mail alias to be changed
(I guess that's currently <address@hidden>, but he left web-trans
some time ago) into the list of mail addresses above. Thus, you
could also send us the admin password for web-trans list.

We'd also appreciate if it could be possible to setup spam
filters for web-trans list, which is filled with spam and it
makes translators very reluctant to subscribe to it.

Thanks a lot!
