I have not tested this in Web Secretary, but this should help you:

(monday|tuesday|wednesday|thursday|friday|saturday|sunday) 
(january|february|march|april|may|june|july|august|september|october|november|december)
 \d{1,2} \d{4}

It mean: monday-sunday, space, january-december, space, one or two digits, 
space, four digits.
