Summary:  Fix for bug #7947

Original Submission:  As suggested in the bug's comments, this patch implements 
an 'unrenamable' option for units, so that units who are mentioned by name in 
the scenario objectives can't be renamed. It defaults to false, and can be 
turned on by adding 'unrenamable=yes' to a unit's config.

When a unit is unrenamable, the context menu for that unit doesn't contain the 
rename option, and if for some reason rename() is called on the unit, it has no 
effect.
