Summary: Line wrapping code for Japanese text

Original Submission: As discussed some time ago, this patch adds a new
function text_to_lines_ja which is called only when language in use is
Japanese. It's not perfect because it doesn't consider some non-breakable
Japanese characters but doing it right will make the code too complicated and
this version works most of the time.

Could you please explain how line-breaking is currently buggy for Japanese?
(screenshot?)
I thought Unicode character sequences were properly broken now. If they are
not, this should be fixed, but not only for Japanese texts.
