Summary:  allow units to spawn different undead when killed

Original Submission:  adds the reanimate special attack.  This operates much 
like plague, except that it does not make an exact copy of the reanimating 
unit.  Instead, it will create a new unit.  This unit is either a default unit 
(specified in the game.cfg file as "Walking Corpse") or as a unit defined by 
the killed unit type's "reanimateto" variable.  If this variable is "null" then 
the unit is not able to be reanimated.  As with plague, only living units not 
on a village may be reanimated.

There are a few modified unit files as well.  First there is a Flying Corpse 
file which is an exact copy of Walking Corpse but with a Zombie drake 
animation.  Second there is a revised version of the Drake Burner with 
reanimateto=Flying Corpse.  There is a new unit upgrade to the necromancer, the 
necromaster, who has the reanimate special for his melee attack.  These units 
are meant as examples and not necessarily as final units for the game.
