DalmeGNU created an issue:
As I've seen when wget2 continues a download with the progress bar enabled
the progress starts at 0 Bytes and 0% completed of the part of the file that
wasn't downloaded previously, but the user is not warned about this (which IMO
may be confusing). I think it would be better that the progress bar reflects
the real point on the download (size already retrieved and percentage)
And by the way, I don't understand what the docs means by `The "bar" indicator
is used by default`. Where is it used by default?
