Mark Diekhans created an issue: https://gitlab.com/gnuwget/wget2/-/issues/695
The implicit creation of the wget.log in some situations file is frustrating
and runs against UNIX standard behavior.
While the workaround is -o /dev/stderr, this can't be set in ~/.wgetrc
