Sir,

With due respect and absolute humility I write and do apologize for your time 
while you go through this mail. Before I proceed,
I must be grateful to introduce myself, I am Mr. Saleh Gambo Mohammed son of 
late Dr. Wangari Mohammed Kaulo who
was killed by the rebels in the on going civil disturbance in Cote D'Ivoire 
(former Ivory Coast). My late father was a Senior manager
 in the Central Bank of Cote D'Ivoire (currency department) before his 
assassination by the rebels.

I came to Bangkok-Thailand at the wake of my father's assassination to escape 
from the seizure of the family treasures. I came here
with the mind of investing some fund which my father left in the family 
treasure before his assassination but due to some unfavorable
conditions and harsh laws imposed on foreign investors coupled with the 
political turmoil here, I am forced to look for somewhere
else to embark on this project.

With most regards to your trustworthiness as your country made my short list 
while putting into consideration her economy, human
right, good governance and rule of law, I hereby seek for your immense help and 
assistance in investing this fund in a flourishing and
profitable field. I got your contact from a business directory which I just 
acquired and had to approach you with this proposal of
mutual trust and benefit. I am soliciting for your advise and assistance in 
helping me explore the investment potential over there with
a view to my investing this fund. I will also propose a joint venture 
partnership as a mark of my gesture for your help or my immensely
rewarding you in percentage cash although other terms of reward will be welcome 
as may be suggested by you.
