[XMakemol-discuss] Small clean-ups

Hi Matt!

Thanks for applying the bbox-patches. The attached patch contains the
updated fixes for the comiler-warnings, I sent you earlier.
I don't know yet how to get rid of
bbox.h:31: warning: missing braces around initializer
bbox.h:31: warning: (near initialization for `bbox_by_hand.v[0]')

It also updates xmakemol.1 so that it is correctly shown in UTF-8
terminals. Furthermore, it removes Boolean first_called. This is a now
unused variable I introduced during development and then forgot about
it.
