On my version of Debian, glwMDrawingAreaWidgetClass is declared in
/usr/include/GL/GLwDrawA.h, which belongs to the libgl1-mesa-swx11-dev
package.  If you are using UNIX or a different flavour of GNU/Linux
(you don't say), you will have to track down the correct development
package.
