[XMakemol-discuss] No ellipses ...

Dear xmakemol-users,

for some reason I fail continously to display the ellipses. What I do is:
xmakemol -f ellipse.xyz

with the examplefile from the man-page

ellipse.xyz:

All ellipses should look the same
O    -4.0 0.0 0.0 ellipse 1.0 2.0 2.0  0.0 90.0  0.0
O     0.0 0.0 0.0 ellipse 2.0 1.0 2.0  0.0 90.0 90.0
O     4.0 0.0 0.0 ellipse 2.0 2.0 1.0  0.0  0.0  0.0

But i just get 3 red circles... :-(
I'm using version 5.16 on a 32-bit debian system.
What am I doing wrong? Thanks for suggestiones!
