    AX_BERKELEY_DB_CXX: variant of AX_BERKELEY_DB, adapted to check for C++ 
headers and libs
    
    This macro is based on AX_BERKELEY_DB by Vaclav Slavik with small
    adaptions to check for C++ header and libs instead of C by Stephan
