[autonomo.us] GNU MediaGoblin officially announced

I've already talked about it a bit on here anyway, but I'm excited to
say that we've officially announced GNU MediaGoblin:

Over the last month we've been putting down basic infrastructure.
There's not really a working site yet, but I think things are going in a
direction I'm fairly confident in now.

We're hoping to put up a very limited alpha in September/October, but
it's still a bunch of us working in our spare time on weekends... the
likelihood of our success is likely related to whether we can
successfully make use of ourselves and organize new contributors.  If
you know people who would be useful to the project, let me know, or even
better, simply ask them to join us!  We could use help of all kinds, but
especially python web developers, frontend people, and graphic designers
who are capable of using libre graphics tools (gimp, inkscape, etc.)
