It appears to be fixed in CVS.  The released version is broken.  I don't
package CVS stuff unless I'm forced to by broken released versions.  But
I just checked it out from CVS and the Makefile doesn't have the
incorrect entries in them.

Well somebody must have changed something.  Because it's not broken
anymore.  And my clean copy from the released version does it.  Clean
CVS download doesn't...

Doesn't really matter if it's fixed.  But my statement that the spec
file wasn't broken stands.  The problem was in the install part of the
build.
