The default theme png files should be working now.
I've merged Chris's SlowDown PowerUp into the source in CVS.
I've added Nicholas's stickdeath theme to the package. Also added
Vincent's classicbman theme.
It's late here, so I'll look at the gdk compilation issues later. All I
can say at this point is that I can compile everything fine, but maybe I
don't have the exact same sources as in CVS.
