[Bug-aris] GNU Aris 1.8

To my many readers,

  GNU Aris 1.8 has been released.  The tarballs are here:

  Changes in version 1.8:

    * Added LaTeX conversion functionality.
  
    * Stricter syntax checking.

    * Parenthesis parsing fixed up.

    * Fixed selection bug.

    * Temporarily removed grade flag.

    * Added text checking flag.

  Considering there seems to be a problem with my distro's mingw32
  utils, the Windows version will be delayed.
