Hi.
The debian/changelog is out of date in gnubatch-1.11, still producing the package version 1.6.
I don't have the information to update it properly so the attached patch just adds a stub entry to force dpkg-buildpackage to produce the right version. 

To do this I did

  dch -v 1.11

and filled in some basic info in the changes list inside my editor.
