Thanks for the detailed bug report. It's broken on my system, too - 
therefore I can confirm that we have a bug either in gv or in ghostscript.

Setting the paper size to "BBox" - either by menu or by the parameter 
"--media=bbox" improves the display on my system, i. e. I am able to 
read the whole document without anything being cropped. But this time an 
extra margin is added, so the pages are bigger than they should be.

On a paper size deined by
            TestPaper,      500     760\n\
it looks even better. Of c
