Details:

The attached test file when viewed in gv uses the bounding box as the page
size. It would look better if gv used the page size specified by the
DocumentMedia/PageMedia DSC comments. Using the bounding box as the page size
doesn't make sense unless the file is an EPS file or does not contain any
DocumentMedia/PageMedia DSC comments.

Other viewers like Evince and Okular display this document correctly using
the page size.
