[bug-gv] gv manual gsInterpreter

In the gv manual "Resources of gv" node, gsInterpreter is shown

    *gsInterpreter*
The command used to start the ghostscript interpreter.
         It defaults to `gv'.

Is it actually "gs" (from nosing around the code and if I understand its
purpose)?
