Might be personal preference whether page like spacebar, or arrow keys,
or I've liked full page when using as a previewer. The way to do it
could be described somewhere.

I experimented with that a bit. I like the following .Xresources if
these might go the right place in the base translations. With the wheel
otherwise unused it shouldn't upset anything.

GV*newtoc.translations: #augment \n\
<Btn4Down>: GV_Page(page-1) \n\
<Btn5Down>: GV_Page(page+1)

GV*newtocFrame.translations: #augment \n\
<Btn4Down>: GV_Page(page-1) \n\
<Btn5Down>: GV_Page(page+1)

I wouldn't mind if the toc scrollbar had some mouse wheel too - just
moving the widget the same as pressing the arrow buttons I'd think.
Is that scrollbar from xaw? I couldn't tell how to persuade it. Newer
xaw doesn't seem to have mouse wheel by default either, but perhaps it's
left to the application since you might not want when horizontal.
