When I edited the CVS, there were three copies of both pairs of files.
Thus, I reason that it must be possible to have this in an alternate
location, and resource is the most suited, as the plugin.xml also needs
to be installed in $(ECLIPSEDIR)/plugins/$(PLUGINDIR).
