I'm committing the attached patch to add icon attribute which was missing and 
giving exception when running.

Just missing icon attribute added to Editor contribution.  No other file 
altered.

>From now on, if you copy the plugin.xml file from /resource to root of project 
>in Eclipse, it should work fine.  Before commiting move plugin.xml back to 
>/resource directory otherwise it may create duplicate plugin.xmls.
