[Cfengine-develop] fam in cfservd?

Has anyone given thought to including this?  I think the idea would be
if a file changed, run cfagent|cfexecd.  Or you could optionally have
classes defined.  

cfservd.conf -

fam:
        /etc/aliases
                define=run_newaliases

cfagent.conf -

shellcommands:
        run_newaliases
                $(newaliases)

This could make cfengine a little more real-time, which out the overhead
of running everything minutes.

Thoughts?
