Fixes for last patch.
Sorry, this had to happen sooner or later.
This patch just fixes use of outdates predicates.

BTW: Interesting that this did work to some extend. (#1 reason to begin
with the timeout queue was that the original code still uses fixnum
timeouts for backward compatibility).
