[circle] TCP version: ETA?

I would like very much to test the using-TCP-to-download version of
Circle.  I don't mean to push anyone around, so an estimated TCP arrival
(-; ETA ;-) would be great to have.

As for me, I'll test it as soon as I can get my grubby hands on it. :-).
