If I'm not mistaken, that's a gentoo ebuild problem. After
doins circlelib/*.xpm
put the following
insinto /usr/lib/python${PYVER}/site-packages/circlelib/crypto/
doins circlelib/crypto/*
Its possible you also want to add a few other modifications (I seem to recall
that not all the html files are installed in the location Circle is expecting
them. The insinto/doins command sets are pretty simple; just repeat for that
case as well.
