It is not possible at hte moment
The thing I imagine is to add the possibility to
create e.g. a module per task

I'm not sure you can. The CVS integration is mostly:
- CVS repository is created
- web interface works
But there's no link between the repository and the
Sourceforge database (in which the tasks live).
I think the best you can do is include URLs pointing to
pages in the CVS web interface in the task commentaries
and/or URLs pointing to the task info in the CVS log
messages.
