Well....my above email to the original translator is returned.
In fact, I saw him in the Korean irc before
but he has been unreachable for long time...
no way to contact him at this time.

Hence, I will undertake the Korean translation for 2.5.x and 2.6.x 
anyway and if confilct happens, I will cope with him.

Can anybody please let me know how to submit Korean language 
translation file to the original sourceforge site? (http://www.sf.net)

Current sourceforge must be based on the initial 2.6.x...
so the translation is all the same which means it contains the same
conflicts that need to be fixed as soon as possible.
